Return Policy for Best Baby Products If you are not fully satisfied with your new baby product in the first 2 weeks (14 days) after the delivery date, you can return your purchase to us for a full product refund or a credit toward another product. Simply contact our customer support staff to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition, in the original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, broken or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a completely new item at our expense.
Requests for replacement parts or items must be received within 1 week (7 days) of the delivery date and will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
If your product is damaged or defective after the first week, then repair or replacement will be covered by the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact our customer support staff if you need assistance with this process.
Credit and Return Time Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned or exchanged product back from you. After receiving the item back in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail that reflects that your credit card has been credited in approximately 2 business days.
All refunds are solely for the purchase price of the product and do not include the cost of shipping. Refunds can only be issued to the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Cancelling Your Order If you placed an order with bestbabyproducts.com but decide to cancel it, please call us at 1-800-653-2907 within four hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.
Even after four hours, our customer support staff will do all they can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped, but there is no guarantee that the order can be stopped in time.
Order Processing When you place an order at bestbabyproducts.com, it will take 1-3 business days to process and ship in-stock items. Our customer support staff will send you an email when your order has been shipped.
